TIRE RING CUTTER

WHAT IT DOES

1. Cuts the tire bead (the inner edge of the tire that contains strong steel wires).

2. Separates the bead ring from the rest of the tire so the tire can be further processed by other machines (like a tire shredder or strip cutter).
