Our Semi-Automatic Tire Cutting System includes the essential stages of tire recycling: ring cutting, strip cutting, block cutting, steel separation, and whole tire shredding. This system processes waste tires into 3–8 cm rubber blocks, ready for further recycling or pyrolysis.

1. TIRE RING CUTTER - Efficiently removes the steel bead wire from waste tires, preparing them for the next stage of the recycling process. By separating the steel ring before shredding, it protects downstream equipment, improves processing efficiency, and enables the recovery of valuable steel wire for recycling.
