SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER MACHINE
Is a heavy-duty industrial machine used for reducing the size of solid materials such as plastic, rubber, wood, paper, textiles, and metal scraps. It features a single rotating shaft equipped with cutting blades that shred materials into smaller, uniform pieces for recycling, processing, or disposal. This type of shredder is widely used in waste management, recycling plants, and material recovery facilities for pre-shredding or fine shredding applications.

How It Works

Material is fed into the shredder through a hopper and pressed against the rotating cutting rotor by a hydraulic pusher. The rotor’s blades or knives cut the material against fixed counter blades until the shredded pieces are small enough to pass through a screen located beneath the cutting chamber. The output size can be adjusted by changing the screen mesh or knife configuration.
