Is a semi-automatic waste compaction system engineered for compressing recyclable and solid waste materials such as plastic, cardboard, paper, textile, and aluminum cans into compact, transportable bales. Unlike the automatic model, this version requires manual operation for feeding and bale tying, offering a cost-effective solution for facilities with moderate waste volumes and lower automation requirements.

How It Works:

Waste materials are manually loaded into the compression chamber through the top or side feed opening. A hydraulic ram then pushes the material horizontally, compacting it against a fixed wall or gate. Once the desired bale size or pressure is reached, the operator manually inserts and ties the binding wires to secure the bale. The bale ejection lever or hydraulic ejector is then activated to discharge the finished bale for stacking or transport.
