PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Scrap Cable Wire Recycling Line process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granule. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The Scrap Cable Wire Recycling Line consists of shredding system, crushing system, sorting system and dust collection system. The whole process is controlled by PLC.

Through shredding, crushing, vibration screening, (the incompletely separated metal and nonmetal will reentry into the crushing machine and be crushed again) gravity separating, electrostatic separating and pulse dust collecting, the separation rate of the copper and plastic will reach about 99% , eventually get metal and non-metallic collective.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1.  CRUSHING SYSTEM DISPLAY - the "Shredder and Crusher" work together to reduce the size of waste cables so that the copper and plastic insulation can be separated efficiently. It tears large bundles of scrap cables into smaller pieces. Cuts thick power cables, communication cables, automotive wiring, and mixed wire waste. Prevents overloading of downstream equipment and produces uniform pieces (typically 30–100 mm depending on the blade size).

2.  SORTING SYSTEM -  the "Electrostatic Separator and Air Separator" separates recyclable materials after crushing and shredding. Its purpose is to maximize the recovery of valuable metals while removing unwanted materials. After the crusher has reduced the cables into small granules, the sorting system separates the "Copper granules and Plastic insulation (PVC, PE, XLPE, etc.)"

• The air separator uses controlled airflow to separate materials based on weight. It removes: Plastic flakes, Dust, Fiber and Light insulation particles.

• The electrostatic separator uses differences in electrical conductivity. It separates: Copper, Aluminum (if present) and plastics which increases copper purity to 99% or higher.

3. WHOLE CONTROL SYSTEM - the "Dust Collector System and PLC" is the central control unit of a scrap cable wire recycling line. It monitors, controls, and coordinates every machine in the production process, ensuring safe, efficient, and fully synchronized operation.

• The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automatically starts, stops, and coordinates all machines, including the "Feeding conveyor, Double Shaft Shredder, Crusher, Air Separator, Electrostatic Separator, Dust Collector and Conveyors and discharge systems". This ensures every machine operates in the correct sequence.

• The Dust Collector System captures and filters the fine dust, fibers, and airborne particles generated during shredding, crushing, and material separation. This keeps the recycling process clean, safe, and efficient. The dust collector captures, "Plastic dust (PVC, PE, XLPE), Rubber particles, Fine copper dust and Fiber and insulation debris" which prevents dust from spreading throughout the facility.
