Is a complete recycling system designed to convert waste tires into clean rubber granules or rubber powder by removing steel wire, fiber, and other impurities. The finished granules can be used in sports surfaces, rubber tiles, playground flooring, molded rubber products, asphalt modification, and other recycled rubber applications.

MAIN COMPONENTS

1.  DOUBLE HOOK DEBEADER - It hydraulically removes the steel bead wires from waste tires before shredding. This protects downstream equipment, extends shredder blade life, improves processing efficiency, and recovers valuable steel bead rings for recycling.

   

2. WHOLE TIRE SHREDDER - Uses low-speed, high-torque rotating blades to cut debeaded waste tires into uniform rubber chips. It ensures efficient size reduction, protects downstream equipment, and prepares the material for steel separation and rubber granulation, making it an essential machine in the tire recycling process.

3.  STEEL WIRE SEPARATOR - It efficiently removes embedded steel wire from shredded tire rubber using a mechanical separation system. It recovers valuable recyclable steel, improves the purity of the rubber, reduces wear on downstream equipment, and prepares the material for efficient granulation and final screening.

4.  MAGNETIC SEPARATOR - Uses a high-strength magnetic system to remove remaining steel particles from shredded tire rubber after mechanical wire separation. This ensures cleaner feed material, protects downstream equipment, improves rubber granule quality, and maximizes the recovery of recyclable steel.

5.  RUBBER GRANULATOR - Precisely reduces clean tire rubber chips into uniform granules using high-speed rotating and fixed cutting blades. Equipped with replaceable alloy steel knives and interchangeable screens, it produces consistent particle sizes, enhances product quality, and prepares the material for final screening and fiber separation, making it a critical stage in the production of high-quality recycled rubber granules.

6.  SCREENING MACHINE - Uses a high-efficiency vibrating multi-layer screening system to accurately classify rubber granules into uniform particle sizes. Oversized materials are automatically returned for reprocessing, ensuring consistent product quality, improved production efficiency, and minimal material waste.

7. FIBER SEPARATOR AND DUST COLLECTOR - Fiber Separator removes textile fibers (nylon, polyester, and other fabric residues) from the rubber granules to produce cleaner, higher-purity rubber while Dust Collector captures fine rubber dust and airborne particles generated during crushing, grinding, and screening to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
