MAIN COMPONENTS

  1. BLADE CHAMBER -  the heart of the machine, designed to securely house the high-torque rotor shafts and wear-resistant alloy steel blades. Its reinforced heavy-duty construction provides a safe, enclosed cutting environment where materials are efficiently gripped, torn, and reduced in size. Engineered for maximum durability and continuous industrial operation, the shredding chamber delivers consistent shredding performance, protects critical components from wear and impact, and ensures reliable operation in demanding recycling applications.

  1. CLAMPING BLOCK - These clamping assemblies help keep the cutter shafts and wear components firmly positioned, ensuring consistent cutting performance and safe operation under high loads.

  1. CHAMBER ADJUSTMENT CLAMP -  The Chamber Adjustment Clamps are heavy-duty locking and positioning mechanisms that securely fasten the shredding chamber while allowing precise adjustment of blade clearance. Engineered from high-strength steel, they maintain accurate alignment between the rotor blades and stationary knives, minimize vibration, and ensure stable operation during continuous industrial shredding. Their robust design enables quick maintenance, extends blade life, and delivers consistent cutting performance for demanding recycling applications.

  1. PLC CONTROL PANEL – This serves as the intelligent control center of the machine, managing every stage of the recycling process with precision and reliability. Equipped with industrial-grade electrical components, it automates machine operation, coordinates motors and conveyors, monitors safety systems, and provides comprehensive protection against electrical faults. Its advanced control system ensures efficient, stable, and continuous performance while simplifying operation, minimizing downtime, and enhancing overall equipment reliability for demanding industrial recycling applications.

 5. SCREEN MESH - Used in shredders, crushers, granulators, and recycling systems. It controls the final size of the processed material.

  • Controls particle size by allowing only material smaller than the perforation holes to pass through.

  • Retains oversized material inside the cutting chamber until it is reduced to the required size.

  • Ensures uniform output, producing consistent flakes or granules for downstream processing.

  • Improves product quality by maintaining a controlled and repeatable particle size.

  • Interchangeable hole sizes allow operators to produce different output sizes for various applications.

  1.  FEEDING CHOPPER - The Feed Hopper is a robust loading system engineered to safely receive and direct materials into the shredding chamber. Constructed from heavy-duty steel, its reinforced design accommodates a wide range of recyclable materials while ensuring smooth, continuous feeding. The optimized hopper geometry minimizes material bridging and spillage, improves processing efficiency, and enhances operator safety by maintaining a secure distance from the cutting components. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the feed hopper contributes to reliable, high-capacity recycling operations.

How It Works:

Plastic films are fed into the crusher’s hopper, where rotating blades mounted on a high-speed rotor cut, tear, and shear the material against fixed stationary blades. The crushed film is then discharged through a screen mesh, which controls the output size.
