INCINERATOR WITH WET SCRUBBER - The multi-purpose waste incinerator are equipped with spray cooling devices and dust removal devices on the structure of the multi-purpose waste incinerator.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. The garbage is burned in the furnace , and the waste gas enters the secondary combustion chamber . It is completely burned under the forced combustion of the burner, the dust and the flue gas are initially burned, then enter the condenser to cool down.

2. It then enter the wet scrubber for spray degradation.

3. Finally enter the dust remove device. In the dust removal device , the heavy metal dioxins and harmful substances in the flue gas are mainly absorbed, and the collected fly ash containing dioxin is sent to the ash storage chamber for solidification and sealing, and is regularly sent to the landfill for landfill. The purified exhaust gas is pumped by the induced draft fan to the chimney to discharge the standard.

NOTE: This equipment does not have the problem of secondary pollution caused by a large amount of wastewater and sludge discharge.
