MULTI-PURPOSE INCINERATOR
Stand alone
Industrial Waste burning treatment: The general waste or solid waste produced in industrial area and factories and construction sites, environmental or recycling facilities, landfills, manufacturing, mining, agricultural eg. rubber, plastic, fiber, paper, leathers, wood, electrical waste, general & material domestic wastes or from industrial activities, solid incinerator for solid waste in factories and construction sites.
PARTS OF INCINERATOR:

AIR BLOWER - supplies and controls the air needed for combustion. It is one of the important components for achieving complete and efficient burning of waste.

MAIN USES:
Supplies combustion air -The blower forces air into the combustion chamber so the waste has enough oxygen to burn.
Improves combustion - Proper airflow helps maintain the required combustion temperature and reduces incomplete burning.
Controls the burning rate - By adjusting the blower's airflow, the operator can control how quickly the waste burns.
Reduces smoke and unburned materials - Adequate oxygen promotes more complete combustion, helping reduce visible smoke and unburned organic material.
Provides secondary air - A secondary-air blower injects additional air to burn remaining gases and volatile compounds.
Supports temperature control - Airflow affects combustion intensity, so the blower works together with the temperature sensors and control system.
BURNER - is the component that produces the flame and heat needed to start and maintain combustion inside the incinerator.

MAIN USES
Ignites the waste - During startup, the burner heats the combustion chamber until the required operating temperature is reached.
Maintains combustion temperature - When the waste itself does not produce enough heat, the burner supplies additional heat.
Helps ensure complete combustion - Maintaining the appropriate temperature helps burn combustible gases and reduce unburned material.
Controls temperature - The burner can automatically turn on/off or modulate its output based on temperature sensors.
Supports secondary combustion - Many incinerators have a secondary-chamber burner that maintains a high temperature so combustible gases from the primary chamber are further oxidized.
ELECTRIC CONTROL COMPONENTS - MVC'S electric components are Schneider are the electrical devices that monitor, control, and protect the incinerator's operation. They coordinate the burners, air blowers, temperature sensors, exhaust system, alarms, and safety devices.

CONTROL PANEL - is the main electrical and control center of the incinerator. It allows the operator to start, stop, monitor, and control the different components of the system.
