METAL BALER MACHINE
Is a heavy-duty hydraulic machine designed for compressing and baling various types of metal scrap—including steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and light metal sheets—into compact, high-density blocks for easy handling, storage, and transport. This machine plays a crucial role in metal recycling operations, reducing material volume and increasing furnace charging efficiency. Built with robust hydraulic power and durable steel construction, this ensures long-term performance, even in demanding industrial environments.


How It Works:

Scrap metals are loaded into the baling chamber, either manually or by conveyor or grab crane. The hydraulic rams then apply high pressure from multiple directions (side, top, and end) to compress the loose scrap into a dense rectangular or cube-shaped bale. Once the compression cycle is complete, the bale door opens automatically, and the compacted metal block is ejected hydraulically for stacking or transport.

Main Components:

  • Feeding Chamber: Receives and holds metal scrap before compression.

  • Main Hydraulic Cylinder: Applies high-pressure force for primary compression.

  • Side and Lid Cylinders: Provide multi-directional compaction for maximum density

  • Hydraulic Power Unit: Generates and controls hydraulic pressure.

  • Control System (Manual or PLC): Manages operation sequence and safety controls.

  • Ejection System: Discharges the completed metal bale.

  • Heavy-Duty Frame: Reinforced steel structure for long-term durability and safety.
