GLASS PULVERIZER
Is an industrial machine designed to crush, grind, and pulverize glass waste—such as bottles, jars, and glass scraps—into fine, reusable particles or sand-like powder. It is a key equipment in waste glass recycling systems, converting bulky glass waste into a valuable raw material for use in construction, filtration media, landscaping, or new glass production. The system ensures efficient volume reduction, uniform particle size, and safe handling of broken glass.

How It Works:

Glass materials are fed into the crushing chamber, where rotating hammers, impact plates, or grinding blades break the glass by impact and friction. The crushed particles are then screened or filtered through a sizing mesh to achieve the desired granularity—ranging from coarse chips to fine sand. An integrated dust collection and safety enclosure system minimizes airborne particles and ensures operator protection.

Main Components:

Feed Hopper: Directs glass waste safely into the pulverizing chamber.
Crushing Rotor / Hammer Mill: Rotating hammers or blades that impact and grind glass fragments.
Lining Plates: Wear-resistant surfaces that protect the chamber and enhance crushing efficiency.
Screen or Classifier: Controls the output particle size (typically 1–10 mm or fine powder).
Discharge Conveyor / Outlet: Transports processed glass for collection or reuse.
Dust Collection System: Filters and contains fine particles for clean operation.
Control Panel: Manages operation speed, start/stop sequence, and safety interlocks.
