How It Works:

The system uses biological fermentation technology, where microorganisms break down organic matter under controlled temperature, moisture, and oxygen conditions.

1. Feeding: Organic waste is loaded into the fermentation chamber through a hopper or conveyor.

2. Fermentation: Inside the sealed chamber, rotary agitators or aeration systems mix and oxygenate the material, accelerating microbial activity. The process generates heat, raising the temperature to 55–70°C, effectively killing pathogens and odors.

3. Decomposition: Over 24–72 hours (depending on material), the waste is transformed into a semi-dry, stable organic compost.

4. Discharge: Finished compost is automatically discharged and can be further cured or packed for use.
