How It Works

Material is fed into the shredding chamber, where two counter-rotating shafts pull the waste downward. Each shaft has cutting discs or knives that intermesh with the blades of the opposite shaft, effectively tearing, shearing, and crushing the material. Because the shredder operates at low rotational speed and high torque, it minimizes noise, vibration, and dust generation while ensuring consistent particle size and reliable throughput.
