How It Works:
Material is fed into the hopper or conveyor inlet, where a hydraulic ram compresses it horizontally inside a closed chamber. Once the preset density or bale length is achieved, the machine automatically ties and ejects the bale using a wire or plastic strapping system. The entire process—feeding, compressing, tying, and discharging—is controlled through a programmable logic controller (PLC), ensuring continuous, efficient operation.
